With little nippers
Give children some sand and all the time in the world, and you’ll have happy little people asking for nothing more. Don’t fill their days with activities and a hit list of things to tick-off. Allow them to play, delve, dig, run and paddle, whilst you sit back and relax (albeit perhaps buried in sand!). You can, of course, hop on a steam train for a spot of excitement, plan a day’s crabbing at Blakeney or Wells-next-the-Sea, and grab fish and chips to devour, wrapped in paper, on the quay. We also give the seal trips from Morston a big thumbs-up, the many summer seaside carnivals, the Pirate Festival at Wells, and the stupendous events held throughout the year at venues such as Holkham, Felbrigg and Houghton Hall. Kids and Norfolk simply go together.
