This late 1800’s house sits in one of Cromer’s premier residential roads, a short stroll from the seafront and the iconic Victorian Pier. Enjoy the early morning sun rising over the sea or delight in some traditional seaside fayre, the delicious Cromer crab is a must! 

Perfect for all seasons and full of surprises, generous living spaces, bedroom sizes and a grand stairway there is plenty of space for big gatherings. In Lismore House you can practise your backspin on the full sized snooker table in the billiards room or enjoy family time in the light filled open plan living area complete with warming woodburning stove – whatever the occasion this beautiful property is perfectly equipped for comfortable family life by the sea.

Sitting Room With elegant proportions set off by the plaster coving and beautiful bay picture window. Relax on the soft comfortable seating in front of the gas living flame fire and read a good book or watch a great film on the TV. Also equipped with Freesat and DVD player 
Billiard Room a great games room with a full sized billiard table and cues, bay window seating area
Snug A cosy room with an assortment of leather chairs cosy cushions and blankets, Also with TV with Freesat, PlayStation 2, DVD player 
Open Plan Living Area the hub of the home and a place for all to gather with Sitting Area recline on the chaise or relax and listen to the iPod dock on the comfortable seating enjoying the warmth from the woodburner. Leading to Dining Area pull up a stool and sip on a hot morning coffee, eating a warm croissant with salty butter at the breakfast bar area, or enjoy an evening meal for all around the table with its eclectic mix of chairs and look out of the bifold doors to the garden. Kitchen prepare a meal for all, in the electric double oven. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker

Bedroom One a great sized room with an oak framed super-king size bed, washbasin, cosy wingback chair perfect for escaping into a classic novel. Also with En-Suite Shower Room with shower only, that can also be accessed from the landing 
Bedroom Two the calm and tranquil tones of this room set off by the large Victorian picture bay window and just beautiful. Slumber in the sumptuous king size bed with feather bedding, there is also a original washbasin and feature fireplace.

Bedroom Four This is a pretty room with two windows overlooking the garden and a cosy double bed

A lovely fully enclosed garden with mature plants and trees, enjoy a barbecue dining al fresco on the patio with all the family around the garden table and chairs. Parking: Designated parking for three large cars.

This is a non-smoking property. The top floor of the house is let out on a permanent basis, which is accessed via a separate entrance, the tenants have no access to off street parking or the garden. A £200 security deposit is payable to Norfolk Country Cottages two weeks before the start of your holiday. Mobile signal - good.

Fantastic coastline with excellent walks, pubs and places to eat with with your dog(s). Lismore House has an excellent location within 5 minutes walk to the beach, Red Lion (thoroughly recommended for great food & dog friendly) and other great eating places. Jump in the car and you are within reach of the salt flats for a bit of bird watching & walking or, if you prefer, some lovely shopping in Holt. After an exhausting day it was nice to go back to a lovely comfortable house with everything needed to hand and a comfy bed to sleep in.Mrs Donna Jones - 19th March 2017
