Barn conversion dreams are made of this. Wrapped in two acres of private gardens and down a romantic country lane, Hall Farm Barn is simply stunning. An ingenious mix of old and new, stay and you will relish the way the 15th Century flint walls and vaulted ceilings blend seamlessly with the modern kitchen and large glazed frames.
Hall Farm Barn is made for large gatherings and celebrations with loved ones. The expansive living and dining spaces, together with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms arranged over three floors, make the barn ideal for a whole host of different jamborees. Children or a group of girls will relish the separate snug, and multi-generational families are promised heaps of fun in gardens with games of boules, croquet and table tennis. The tennis court at neighbouring Hindringham Hall is also available for Wimbledon fanatics, as well as offering a 20% entrance fee discount to guests staying at Hall Farm (the gardens are open to the public twice a week for the summer months).
With basket in hand, the budding cook can take their pick from the fruit and vegetable gardens within the grounds, before losing themselves in the jaw-dropping kitchen preparing a feast to be eaten either in the kitchen, grand dining space or outside on the decked veranda.
Living in such bliss, we could forgive you for staying put. However, if you can manage it, we would encourage you to head-out and explore your idyllic surroundings. As, within fifteen minutes, you will discover the quay at Blakeney (ideal for a spot of crabbing), windmill and Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve at Cley, Binham Priory, Walsingham Abbey and Wiveton Hall and Café (renowned and celebrated home of the BBC series, Normal for Norfolk). Plus, don’t miss out on a boat trip from Morston to see the seals out at Blakeney Point. A bucket list must do!
All in all, a holiday at Hall Farm Barn is more than you could ever wish for and will leave you craving to come back again, and again and again... Shop: 2 miles Pub: 1 mile

Had the most wonderful. Such a beautiful, well finished barn conversion. Everything has been thought through to make every room very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone had a superb time, and already thinking of coming back for another visit! Just a wonderful experience. Garden have been well planned and are very attractive - even in winter - so must be fabulous in summer. Thank you for the most wonderful time. Mrs Susan Austin - 3rd December 2018
A brilliant property. Mr David Bambury - 18th November 2018
We have had an amazing long weekend in this beautiful house - so much attention to detail - every comfort provided for. The kitchen was well equipped. The space was fantastic for a large group and the bed was very comfortable. A dream of a vacation. The Jones Party - 12th November 2018
Such a beautiful home, so spacious & perfect for the 12 of us. The layout is amazing, love the grounds & seating area outside, and having logs to burn as an extra touch. We have never been to anywhere with such a well equipped kitchen. Fantastic. Also a plus is actually having seating for 12 people, a lot of places seem to sleep loads, but don't have enough comfortable seating. Can't thank you enough for letting us rent this for 4 days and the welcome tray. The Vassilakis Party - 24th October 2018
