A wonderful (and much needed) escape from the 'real' world! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Folly - so snug and intimate (especially with the glass toilet door!!). We ate at The Anchor & The Hoste - taxis were a challenge but we got there in the end (although they may very well be driving The Estate trying to find their way out!). The deer on the Estate were magnificent and we loved hiking through the grounds and walking on Holkham Beach. We always love coming to Norfolk but this was a extra special experience. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Kate and Ian - 23rd February 2020
What a lovely place! And we really loved the park - esp the pheasants & hares, and oh, the wonderful deer! So many of them! And the amazing night sky - what a wonderful winter break! Thank youKay and Bob Nash - 21st February 2020
There for my birthday. Quirky and special place to be. We had good weather so able to make the most of walking on the beach at Holkham and Wells. The Delamere Party - 5th January 2020
We can only echo previous comments - a wonderful break and a privilege to stay on the Holkham Estate.Annette and David Hardy - 10th November 2019
Unique accommodation fit for the setting! We were very grateful for the 'goody bag' which was both varied and of the best quality. The discounts available in local restaurants, beach cafes and shops were also much appreciated. Some improvements to make the stay exceptional? A sink in the main room and underfloor heating in the toilet! The Stevenson Party - 2nd November 2019
Perfect! Lovely to get away from Brexit, wifi and feel yourself in a idyllic peaceful place - stay outside and real life is around you and step further and 4G appears so you can reconnect to the distant world. Enjoyed the park when everyone has left. Reconnected with my wife through the house and facilities - Perfect weekend! Paul, Claire and Holly, who enjoyed the dog biscuits! - 21st October 2019
