This stunning home has plenty of glazing making the most of the spectacular clifftop views of Overstrand bay. An all seasoned stay with a stylish interior, curl up and enjoy the roaring woodburner on a cooler day, whilst being mesmerised by the views where the sky meets the sea. You can watch the early morning sun rising from the sea through the wrap around window in the master bedroom. An all year round escape like no other with wonderful garden with comfortable outdoor seating area with the sight and scent of the salty sea.

Feel the wind in your hair with a walk on the golden sandy beach, followed by a hot drink from the cliff top café. Take a stroll around the pretty village with shops and restaurants to explore and notice the fantastic range of interesting buildings, see if you can spot the three by Edward Lutyens. Watch Crab and Lobster being caught from Sea Salt’s windows and buy them fresh from the cliff top shop for a delicious supper. Sea Salt is a perfectly placed family haven to get away and be inspired!

Master Bedroom a light bright sanctuary with a colonial style ceiling incredible outlook over the sea. Central to the room is a white painted super king size bed with plenty of storage and a dressing table, sea views. En-suite Shower Room with shower cubicle with sea views, vanity wash handbasin and wc. Just like the Canadians do it with a washing machine and tumble dryer

Outside: Step outside onto the patio terrace and sit at the table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal or a meal alfresco using the gas barbecue. This enclosed large garden with lawn enjoys two further seating areas with a comfortable corner sofa or lounge on the lawn in a recliner or hammock to enjoy those cliff top sea views. Part of the garden had a pretty picket fence, wander through the gate to get a glimpse of the colourful beach huts and the beach below. You will be amazed by spectacular sea and beach views. Parking: Roadside parking in front of the property, located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
