The property is in a stunning location overlooking the sea and miles of golden sandy beaches. In a very quiet location but also very close to Cromer. The house is beautifully decorated, is very light and feels very spacious. It is well equipped and very comfortable and well planned. Mrs Jacqui Kapusta - 27th July 2019
A beautiful place to spend Xmas. This house is fabulous and the extra thoughts such as books/DVDs supplied is a nice touch. Many thanks for the nice welcome basket. The Gray Party - 28th December 2018
We loved everything about the house- comfortable and very well equipped- you have thought of everything. Beautiful weather. Lots of beach walks and also twice to Norwich on the P+R- a great City. Dinner on two occasions at the nearby Gunton Arms- can be recommended for character and food. Lovely crabs from Overstrand. Definitely will book again. We thought it one of the best places we have stayed in.The Memmott Party - 18th September 2018
Lovely week here both the house and view are beautiful. Overstrand is a beautiful village. Would recommend visiting the Norfolk Broads and East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens which were gorgeous. Also the beach at Holkam is magic. Would definitely return. The Spence Party - 8th September 2018
