Set off by the feature flint walls, vaulted ceilings, beams and stylish furnishings Rainbow Cottage provides well-seasoned accommodation.

Go exploring the Norfolk coastline from the little village of Roughton, don’t forget the village shop and public house is just a stone's throw away. Enjoy a relaxed summer evening barbecue on the terrace, take a splash in the indoor heated Saltwater swimming pool or take a break in the games room – this pretty cottage barn has more than just a pinch of Salt to offer!

Ground Floor:
Open Plan Living Area is a lovely room with glazed doors looking out into the central courtyard, the beams and painted furniture give a feel of space and light. Sitting Area sit back and relax on the corner seating, read a book in front of the wood burner. Also equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player. Dining Area the white painted dining table and chairs and country dresser set the scene for elegant dining. Walk through the feature flint wall opening into Kitchen Area the painted kitchen with wooden worktops, equipped with electric oven, electric hob, combination microwave, free standing fridge/freezer, washing machine 

Bedroom One a room made bright by the light flooding through the window and a comfortable king-size bed
Bedroom Two with the original feature flint wall and twin beds this room is bright and spacious
Bathroom with bath over-bath electric shower, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail

First Floor:
Bedroom Three with twin beds, accessed from the kitchen area via a steep fixed ladder. This room is suitable for children over the age of 6 and up to the age of 12, is open to the kitchen and has sloping walls and no door. This room is not suitable for adults due to the height restrictions. 

Outside: Small lawned area with patio. Taste of the season sit on the terrace at the garden tables and chairs and cook up a summer treat on the charcoal barbecue. You will also find a fire pit to keep warm on a summers evening. There is also access to a raised circular ornamental pool with fountain. l Parking: Cart shed parking for one large car plus driveway parking.
Pool Room: Use of the owner's salt water swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets, comfortable seating, Treadmill. Water cooler. Pool table. The Pool Room is available between the hours of 8am and 3pm and is shared between all three cottages. Please note there is no lifeguard, so an adult must supervise children of any age at all times and nobody can use the pool area on their own. No alcohol is to be consumed in the pool area. The pool area is closed from Jan 2019 - End March 2019.
Changing Room: with shower and toilets. 
Heating: Electric central heating, wood burner.
Luxuries Provided: Towels. Books and games. WiFi. Shared tumble dryer, located in the garage. Travel Cot & Highchair - please request when booking.
Pets: 3 dogs welcome, dog blanket and dog treat. Please be aware of our booking information regarding pets.
Amenities: Shop and Pub - 0.5 miles
Please Note: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile reception poor/none at the cottage, coverage can be obtained at top of the driveway! Children should be supervised at all times when close to water.
