Holme-next-the-Sea is a hidden gem, tucked away down a narrow lane off the coast road. You can reach it along the coast path, by bike, car or the Coasthopper Bus Service. Starting from the Norfolk Wildlife Trust hide, you’ll walk over the picturesque gold course and out over salt marshes before reaching the sands. Remote, tranquil and majestic too – being the site where Seahenge was discovered (now exhibited at the Kings Lynn museum). Holme is a true getaway.
