Summer holidays
With our 93-mile coastline made-up from sweeping sands, salt marshes, blue flag beaches and cliff-backed vistas, summer is simply a wonderful time to visit Norfolk. Even at the height of August, you can rest assured you'll find lots of space and sometimes empty swathes. Especially up in North Norfolk where the beaches seem to never end. You can spend lazy days on the sands, before tucking into vinegar-soaked fish and chips, freshly caught oysters or a delicious Cromer Crab. Then head back to your abode with sun-kissed skin, sandy hair and an inner sense of calm.
